Vita 34 – Stem Cell Interactive Strategy
Personal Project
This project explored how to introduce Vita 34, a stem cell storage service, to the Vietnamese market through a human-centered design approach. The process began with in-depth UX research, including field observations and interviews with potential users such as expectant parents, young families, and healthcare providers. Insights were synthesized into detailed user personas and journey maps to identify key needs, concerns, and opportunities.
Based on these findings, we designed a mobile app and product packaging that educated users, simplified decision-making, and built trust in the service. Through iterative wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, we refined the experience and delivered a cohesive solution ready for presentation and potential launch.
